iPhunny and Giglish have shut-down ~~permanently~~ on June 30th, 2011.

We are in preliminary discussions with a digital media company to restart iPhunny and Giglish in a modified form later this year. If you would like to be notified if and when operations resume, please send an email to restart@giglish.com

Please, please restart the service. Giglish on iGoogle was one of the brightest highlights of my day, and I faithfully keep trying every day to see if the service has been restarted.
